Our development arm acquires commercial, residential, retail, and industrial assets where we upgrade/undertake redevelopment works, essentially upgrading these assets, significantly enriching the life of the property. By sourcing quality tenants via our networks, we significantly add value to the asset.

Victoria Real Estate Agency (VIC REA) forms the rentals arm of the company focusing on residential and commercial property management boasting a growing book of over 750 properties as at March 2021, also having successfully coordinated and delivered over $100m in residential and commercial sales over the last 5 years.
The scope of VIC REA’s projects range from boutique townhouses to residential/commercial/retail buildings on a larger scale. Through our network of various referral investment groups both in Australia and abroad we have been able to scale up this arm of the business.
VIC REA has a proven track record in taking on large-scale developments, delivering for some of Australia’s largest public and private development companies.
What sets VIC REA apart from traditional real estate agents is that we have trusted networks marketing directly to their client bases allowing us to sell projects completely “off market”. Our other point of difference is that we have a direct relationship with our developers at the coal face. We work together running numbers on sites prior to acquisition enabling us to identify opportunities with strong growth, healthy rental yields and low vacancy rates delivering desired outcomes for both our mum and dad investor clients and the developer’s bottom line.
